Welcome to Nalanda University's official Exit/Entry Pass Permission Portal. This digital platform enables students to request, manage, and track permission for campus exits and entries. Designed with security and convenience in mind, the portal ensures a streamlined process for obtaining necessary approvals while maintaining campus safety protocols.
Important Registration Note
Students must register using their official university email address only. During registration process, an OTP will be sent for verification. Once verified and completing the registration process, you can edit your profile by entering your details and Student ID correctly (this can only be entered once during profile setup).

Complete your profile with accurate student ID, personal details, and contact information. Student ID can only be entered once during initial setup.
Permission Requests
Submit new exit/entry pass requests for various purposes: going home, medical visits, short outings, or other approved reasons.
Request History
View complete history of all your submitted permission requests with their current status and approval timeline.
Gate Pass Download
Download your approved gate pass in PDF format. Available only after warden approval with specific validity dates and times.
Warden Details
Access contact information and details of your assigned warden for any queries regarding your permission requests.
